"This is a beautiful hotel ideally situated downtown, next to Parliament and within walking distance of most everything. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the lobby and rooms were spotless. We had a suite, which was perfect for our family, allowing room separation. I think it’s probably time for a little bit of renovation in the bathroom, but it was still so nice and a great place to stay in Victoria."

"This was one best hotel stays I have had in a long time. Everyone was ultra friendly any time we were coming or going. Any time we needed help with anything- extra linens, plates and napkins- staff was happy to help. The complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was such a nice touch. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Location was decent. Close to China Town. No parking in the main lot, so parked in the Centennial square Parkade. Cheap and quick walk. Rooms were adequate, but nothing to write home about. Shower in the room took forever to get hot water. A good place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep. Clean and pretty quiet. "

"Hotel location, staff, and cleanliness on point. I was aware there was a daily fee for parking, however what wasn’t made clear intol we checked in, is the paid parking is valet service only. In & out privileges accessible but you have to call each time for valet to get your car. "
