Great location close to downtown. In walkable distance to easily explore the city. A little challenging if arriving by car as arrival parking is pretty nonexistent and you have to drive around the block to get back to the underground car park gate (swipe card access is on the passenger side wall, weird) Car parks are very narrow.

It was a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The service staff was friendly and helpful. There was pay parking (billed to room) in the lot attached to the hotel with reasonable rates.

The Quality Inn was perfect for our one night stay once we got off the Black Ball ferry. We were new to Victoria, so the location of this hotel was wonderful in terms of accessing downtown Victoria on foot. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful about where to go for a nice, affordable breakfast. Parking, was just under the hotel, but was not free. I would go back there because of it's affordability, location, comfort and kind staff.
