Top stay here. Great room. Good shower and comfortable bed. Staff were brilliant all weekend across every shift. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was spot on for us as was the bar after a long day out.

Nice one night stay

Stayed here for a night on the way to lake District. Very clean and easy to get to. Lots of other stores around it if you need petrol or a quick shopping trip. Breakfast was inclusive and good, though menu was limited.

Good for a short visit to Burton on trent.

Hotel is fine for an overnight stay, and is an easy walk to a nice steak restaurant. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was of a good standard.

Everything about the stay was fine. Staff really friendly and breakfast was great. Also hotel was quiet. Only negatives I would say is that the room was really warm and the aircon didn't seem to work very well despite it being really loud even when "turned off". Also I'm not sure why they don't just wrap in cost of parking (only £5 per night) into the cost of the room as I would have thought most people drive here.

Great value for money

Easy and very affordable 1 night stay for business in a spacuous double room. Late check-in was a great benefit and the complimentary breakfast is a great addition.

I think it needs to be clear that the hotel car parking is an additional fee each night of stay. The heating was broken on the first night so the room was freezing but quickly repaired the next morning

It was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. The bed was comfy. The only real negative was they charge £5 per day for parking which isn’t mentioned until you arrive

State of Room

The air contain was very difficult to adjust The adjustment was very low just behind the door. The instructions were very small. Had to use my phone then enlarge The water in the shower did not drain away. This meant the floor was wet and very slippery. This was strange as is it was a room for disabled people.

We stayed for 2 nights for a wedding that was close to the hotel: The staff welcomed us and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay with anything we needed - nothing was a problem. The hotel was spotless even though it was under re-development and that didn’t cause us any issues. The breakfast that was included which was very nice- fresh and plenty of varied food options. We would not hesitate, if we passed that way, to stay again.

Room service and Limited menu

It was a good stay. My only issue was the there is no room service. By the time we go down to bring the food . It is already cold. Even if the food was covered it would keep it warm. Secondly room service menu was so limited.
