"Room was great, bigger than I expected, great view and the bed was super comfy. The location was ideal for the event I was attending. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom tile is starting to look worn. I loved that water was nice and hot. "

"We spent more than a week at this property in late April. If you like walking in the city, this hotel has the perfect location to get anywhere with a healthy walk (not talking "around the corner" but something that will nicely get you over 10k steps/day) including the Central Park, Chelsea, Soho, East & West Village, etc. If you want to use the subway, the station is close-by. Cabs and app-based rides are abundant as well. We were very happy with the housekeeping service, and the quality of the job they've done. Also with the very spacious room. The restaurant was very convenient and offered excellent food & drink choices. The staff there, and elsewhere at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Couple of things that we did not like: (1) considering this is a 5* hotel, unless you use the "club lounge" (an offer was made at the check-in but I did not find it reasonable, and did not have the energy to negotiate after a 10-hr flight and a cab-ride from JFK), there is not much of a lobby-space where you can spend quality time, you can use the restaurant but they don't serve 24/7, and (2) we paid for one of the higher-grade rooms, a "deluxe, city-view", but not sure if we got one (yes, we had a view of a part of the city, but can't say it matched our past stays in NYC)... be sure to avoid a West facing room, if you can (once again, we were too tired to ask for a change-of-room after a long trip... hotel should've done that considering our long stay)."

"The people that ran the front desk were AMAZING! They treated us like we were residents. They answered all of our questions, went out of their way to help us, and even saved our raincoat that we left a whole week so we could get it when we returned from our cruise. My mom and I would definitely stay here again."

"The way the Pod hotels are set up are unique to them. Its clean, well maintained and the facilities are great. Bar next door and roof top gardern are great, coffee shop downstairs and another gardern area. Everytbing you need to keep costs low while you explore the city "
