Omni Berkshire Place
4.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1096)
"Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again! Thanks so much. Everyone was so kind, too! "

"Fantastic boutique hotel that is about a 3-min walk from Grand Central. Midtown hotels I've stayed in recently have all felt really overpriced and dingy - this was a notable EXCEPTION to that rule. The room was clean, modern, and spacious (the bathroom was a bit small, but that worked fine for me). The staff was friendly, and if you are looking to stay in Midtown, the location is unbeatable. "This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful, though very busy location. The staff at the hotel is excellent. The property is a little dated, but it really isn’t an issue at all. The size of the rooms can’t be beat. We had a cathedral view, and it was stunning."

"Great location. Nice sized rooms that are comfortable, but no housekeeping services provided even when we asked for clean towels and more coffee supplies. Also want to sell you a timeshare so you have to deal with that at check-in. Billing itself as a "resort" but not really a resort."
