"Amazing trip to Venice. The staff at this hotel are exceptional. They were all so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Our room overlooked the Grande Canal which was stunning. Breakfast was standard fare and there was always something you could find to eat from eggs to fruit and pastries. We encountered some rain and they provided umbrellas for us to use. They thought of everything. Our room was well appointed. Smaller than we are used to, but that is the charm of boutique in Venice! Highly recommend. Location is literally right in the heart of the island. "

"The hotel was centrally located, the room and staff were amazing. They even helped us book tour tickets and gave perfect dining recommendations. "

"The room was two double beds for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. It was massive and worked really well for what we needed for a city break. The breakfast was minimal, but had all the usual continental offering with some hot elements too. The hotel had a great bar area, the whole place was really clean and the staff were very efficient. The best element for us visiting Venice was that it was right across the road from the train station which had multiple options for getting into the centre of Venice. A fantastic option for a trip around north east Italy."

"Room was ok, but extremely noisy from the square below - not the market people, but people drinking and dining at the restaurant directly below. We ended up leaving a day before we were due to check out, just so we could get a decent night sleep. This could be very different Monday to Thursday nights. Staff were very apologetic, but it’s not their fault people decide to drink, sing and yell out until 4am."
