This resort provided many amenities in a peaceful setting. We booked an upstairs unit that had two bedrooms, two baths, living, dining and kitchen spaces. It was less expensive than the hotels in town. A grocery store was nearby so we could get a few things for breakfast. The kitchen had a dishwasher, regular stove, microwave, and shareware and cookware. There was dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, towels, and even a new kitchen sponge. A Catholic church, St. Bede was just across the entrance. Colonial Williamsburg was just about 4 miles away. The only negative was the sofa in the family room. It was very small and uncomfortable.

Our party consisted of grandparents and our daughter and 3 children and we thought this a great family hotel close to Colonial Williamsburg. Breakfasts were substantial and the rooms were spacious. Evening activities were also provided for children. Lovely pool and splash pad which was welcome after a long day walking around in the heat. The shuttle buses worked well and you never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

You can't beat this hotel for convenient access to Colonial Williamsburg. A few blocks' walk and you're right in the thick of things. It is a motel style place, two and three story buildings. It's not very new, not very glamorous, but it's inexpensive and well maintained. For improvements: I would love to see Keurig coffee systems in the room since the coffee was not good.

It could not have been in a better location. It was close to everything, including dining choices. The staff was very knowledgable , friendly and concerned that every aspect of your stay was satisfactory.
This is a great place to stay for trips to Busch Gardens. The hotel was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was good. They also had a shuttle service to take you to and from Busch Gardens. During my stay they were still completing some renovations so the bar wasn't open yet and there were a few things that needed repairing. Overall though I would recommend this hotel.
