Our party consisted of grandparents and our daughter and 3 children and we thought this a great family hotel close to Colonial Williamsburg. Breakfasts were substantial and the rooms were spacious. Evening activities were also provided for children. Lovely pool and splash pad which was welcome after a long day walking around in the heat. The shuttle buses worked well and you never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

This is the best hotel my family has stayed in , in awhile . Its hard to find really good home away from comfort. Very clean really up to date so much to do there. They have about anything you want there and do great for kids, they have indoor out pool . basketball games playground barbecue pits restaurant with the best food and prices, and the room price was awesome everything was close to Busch Garden to which was awesome. Staff was excellent, and everyone just so friendly, they even had intertainment around the grounds of history and there music band that tell stories of the history there ,you won't regret staying here with you family or just for two very romantic the grounds are so beautiful. I wish my stay could have been longer . please check this place out if you value ,comfort, good people and awesome price that was just right for our budget ,felt like we in royalty , so Thank You for a #1 stay .

It could not have been in a better location. It was close to everything, including dining choices. The staff was very knowledgable , friendly and concerned that every aspect of your stay was satisfactory.
This is a great place to stay for trips to Busch Gardens. The hotel was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was good. They also had a shuttle service to take you to and from Busch Gardens. During my stay they were still completing some renovations so the bar wasn't open yet and there were a few things that needed repairing. Overall though I would recommend this hotel.
