"The room was updated and extremely clean- even areas hotels often miss. I was very happy with this! The breakfast was minimal and a lot of things were out. Many families seem to stay at this location for the water park which brings a lot of kids in the morning for the breakfast- I think they could do a better job with keeping it stocked."

"Courteous, friendly and very helpful staff. All rooms are beautiful and clean. The beds have the most comfortable mattresses. Living room, sitting room, deck and kitchen and of course a nice size bathroom. Lavish landscaping, outdoor and indoor pools, with a pool bar. A restaurant/grill on-site. Everything to make your stay enjoyable. My go to resort when visiting my children in Williamsburg."

"Rooms were very clean, hotel was very full so breakfast was really full and not a lot of places to sit we stayed at a Holiday in Wilmington NC and they had cookies in the afternoon which was nice didn't see any in Williamsburg otherwise a nice stay"

"I think the Hotel may have new owners and are in the process of updating/renovating. The carpet on the third-floor hallway showed some wear, but smelled clean! I’m not spending a lot of time in the hallways anyway, so it is the condition of the room that matters most to me, and it was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable!! The complementary breakfast was good. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful! The elevator was a bit slow sometimes, so we used the stairs. No problem! Excellent location! Nice shade in the parking lot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and felt we received excellent value for the price we paid. We stayed during the week when the rate was lower. We would definitely stay again!!"
