"The grounds behind the unit had lots of trash thrown out there. House cleaning could do much better. Lots of dust on lamp shades and balcony had not been wiped down or swept in a long time. "The staff was great! They were nice, helpful, and accommodating. When we got there we did not get the room with the balcony that we booked. I let the desk know and they put us in the correct room right away. The room was much bigger. The only problem was the light in the bathroom didn’t work. "We were really pleased with the hotel. The hotel was super clean, the service was great, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, they kept refilling empty trays. It was closed to restaurants and stores and only 15min from Busch Gardens."
