3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Condo on the James River in gated Kingsmill
10/10 Excellent
"This was a great condo. The location is terrific. Every evening we watched deer including several fawns, rabbits, and a groundhog munching on the grass outside our sliding doors. The kitchen was extremely well equipped although there are so many good restaurants in Williamsburg that we ate out every night. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom which we really appreciated. We had wondered if we would hear noise from the floors above (the condo is on the ground floor) but we didn't hear a thing; it was wonderfully quiet."
"We had a fantastic stay at this Kingsmill VRBO! The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Dick was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Great location and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway in Williamsburg. Highly recommend!"

"Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you"

"This was a great place. We had a small issue at the beginning but the owner addressed it immediately and was very communicative. We liked the view of tie tennis courts and it was a short walk to the marina and the golf club. The kitchen was appointed well for our purposes. The cafe is within walking distance and they are very friendly there."
