It was a good experience. However, they overbooked our room for a king-size bed and downsized it to 2 full-size beds. The refrigirator did not work in the room. They refused to give us a credit for the mishap. The New Years Eve Celebration that the hotel put on was nice. Nice location and quiet.

The spa, indoor pool, and hot tub were great, and the customer service was very good. But the toilet in our unit wasn't functioning properly and we had to call maintenance every day to fix it. That should have been fixed before they had anyone stay in the unit. Also the property was presented as a resort but it's a resort in a gated community with residents as well as guests which gives a different vibe. There were 4 bugs in our unit, it seems they need better pest control.

Property is beautiful. The River Pool is Great..slushies are delicious (mix Mango and Passion Fruit), my husband enjoyed his drinks, and the Lazy River was relaxing!! The room was a little dated but decent. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was super attentive!!

Lots of really nice facilities and activities all readily available to guests. Accomodations were spacious and nice (but bring your own coffee pot - weird krueger-type knock-off that doesn't fit a cup under drip space). Restaurants are decent. Grounds are absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful, relaxing time!
