"This hotel is a quaint little gem. From the moment we walked in, we were instantly comfortable and knew we were in a special place. The website says each room is thoughtfully curated - you can choose your unique room when you book online. Our room was cozy chic with a comfy bed, pillows, a Dyson fan, heated floors in the bathroom - other than being a bit small, the room was great. "Customer Services is above excellent but the room has no Refrigerator, Microwave, Television , AC and Table to eat also if you’re 6 footer the shower head is too small and tight. Breakfast is a Champion with a nice view facing the ocean "

"Old Victorian with rooms in out buildings. When we checked in we were disappointed that the advertized free parking was not available. The dining room was very attractive and the breakfast food was tasty, but a small portion, compared to other B&B's. The bathroom and one of the bedroom windows were missing curtains. Two of the windows were not attached to their frames, so they were threatening to fall into the room. The bed was comfortable. The decor was nice, but sparse. No chair, no bedside...

"Pictures misrepresent the state of accommodations. House is very old, bathroom is falling apart and we asked for an ocean view room - you could barely see it out of one corner of the window. The rest of the view was of construction. “Farm to table breakfast” is a bit of a stretch too - basically everything was store bought except the tomatoes from the patio - which was a mess. Host didn’t even bother to ask us when we would like breakfast or if any dietary restrictions, nor did she ask if we...
