"Hotel was a little dated, but was very nice, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, tram and train links were 3 minutes walk away. Area had quite a few places to buy food and there were a number of convenience stores. Also the Belvedere Quarter and Botanic gardens were right behind the hotel offering somewhere quiet and peaceful in a huge city to relax. "

"The best part of the proprty is its proximity to most of the attractions and eating spots. From the outside the Hotel looks to be quite small but is quite large and has wings on multiple sides.
