A very conveniently placed hotel. Easy walking distance to most tourist attractions and on tram line for further afield trips. Comfortable and clean with spacious areas for bar and other communal areas. Helpful staff and good food. Altogether a very good place to stay.

The reception and buffet staff were ever friendly and helpful. The breakfast food were very good. I was impressed with the outlook of the hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay here, with our two young children, and the location couldn't be beaten. We had concerns that being so close to the centre (and especially the cathedral) would mean a lot of noise but it was very quiet and comfortable and the rooms, though a little dated, have a very homely feel. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet is really great---a wide variety of foods, good service and pleasant atmosphere. There was also a welcome drink that was a nice bonus. The room was very quiet and beds very comfortable. The room was spacious and well-appointed.

Nice hotel in a convenient location; you can walk to most places easily enough but there is public transport nearby if you prefer. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet (this hotel is in the middle of town so some noise is to be expected, however, the rooms are quite well soundproofed and I had no trouble sleeping). The staff were courteous and helpful. I will stay here again.

Gollner is just a block away from Jakominiplatz, the central transportation hub for anything within the city, so it's perfect for getting to everything and central to all the main highlights of the city you'd want to see. The property was nice, clean, we'll kept up and the breakfast was robust. I definitely recommend the place.
