"The hotel is elegant, the staff are unfailingly helpful and "correct," the (genuine, French) champagne breakfast buffet is luxurious. The room was very comfortable with the amenities of bathrobes and sippers, plush towels, chocolates placed on the pillows in the evening, even, as it was Easter weekend, an Easter basket. The large, marble bathroom had both a cavernous European soaking rub and two-meter long shower. It is truly a five-star hotel, and, of course, with five-star pricing."

We asked for our luggage as we had checked our luggage and she had her colleague bring half and when we inquired about the remainder of luggage she said they are looking for it. "My stay was fantastic - only 20mins taxi / train ride from Vienna Airport. Well connected to the city centre, whilst being in a quiet area of the city. Room was large, loved the kitchenette features and the balcony was a bonus. Hotel and room were both clean and comfortable and staff were really friendly! "A very good hotel next to the Vienna main train station. The only thing that was not good was air conditioning for cooling was not turned on. This makes the room stuffy on warm day. Was mentioned to front desk but no cooling for two nights of my stay. Heating was turned on but the cooling icon did not turn on. Beds comfortable though white would be better than cream doona covers. Very clean. Great breakfast with efficient staff. Another large hotel let down by not having cooling turned...

"I was on the 6th floor facing west and the view was magical and I really don't use that word. Spectacular sunsets, lovely gardens, property very clean/comfortable. Staff wonderful/helpful from the breakfast staff to the bartender who let me loiter before my train and was just lovely. Front desk interactions also enjoyable. I was on a 6 week solo trip thru multiple countries and this stay was an absolute highlight. I enjoy being able to open hotel windows and it was cool and quiet and delightful...
