A great stay! We were celebrating my partners birthday and they very kindly helped me set up a surprise. The hotel was of a high spec! The only thing slightly disappointing was the Tipico restaurant which wasn't to the level of the rest of the hotel.

"Good hotel, comfortable beds"
Good hotel, decent breakfast (nothing made to order), good showers, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Noise is an issue if you want the window in room open, hotel is on the flight path. There is air con but light sleepers might find it noisey. Hot tub was at best warm. But there is a steam room and sauna.

"Nice hotel - Accessible to public transit"
Hotel was nice and clean. Beds were quite hard/uncomfortable but washroom was nice. Good breakfast buffet. Close to Sete Rios bus/train stations and metro.

"About standard for the price"
Air conditioning in most rooms seems very unreliable (we had people staying in 3 separate rooms). In two rooms it just didn't work, and in a third it kind of worked as long as you kept it very low (otherwise it got very noisy and you'd have no chance of sleeping). Breakfast was reasonable (though you pay extra for it). Good selection and was fresh - better than the 4* we stayed at on the same trip. Staff were friendly. Meal facilitates at the bar are not good, they're basically microwave meals, but there are a few reasonable restaurants near by that don't break the bank. I would recommend - but only if you were on a tight budget.

"Very nice, comfy"
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in Mid May. The best way to get to this hotel from the airport is to jump on the AeroBus - goes from Terminal 1, bus stop 2, bus no 96, costs 3.50 Eur/person and stops straight opposite the hotel, takes about 25min. The rooms are good size, very clean, beds comfy, TV with plenty of channels. Although the hotel is on a dual carriage road and straight underneath the flight path, the noise is hardly noticeable in the rooms as there are two sets of double glassed windows. The hotel is about 10 min walk to its nearest tube station. And about 10 - 15min walk to the closest shops and actual 'life' with restaurants and bars. There isnt much to do around the hotel. About half an hour to town centre. Not suitable for those who love a busy night life! Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful, with very good level of English, however the bar staff desperately needs a 'politeness' training. So rude, incredibly slow, ignored us, forgot our orders within minutes of ordering (we were the only people in there, no more orders to be remembered!) with very basic English. Breakfast - very good selection of food to choose from, from fresh fruit, croissants all the way to cooked bacon & eggs. Lovely fresh bread rolls. Was very satisfied. The set menu dinner was also good, not a Michelin start dining, but tasty and plenty full. You can eat as much as you like. The pool was still too cold for me, but clean with plenty of sun beds around.
