"Such a wonderful place to stay. Excellent value and very comfortable. Staff were brilliant. Honestly its lovelier than the photos show. Its also incredibly conveniently located a short walk from everything. We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. What we didnt realise was theres also a shared kitchen area and dining room which was perfect to save a bit of money too. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"Loved this little “guest house” residence. Everything was terrific with the exception of the mattresses. They were like sleeping on bricks. Hard and uncomfortable. The room design, plugs, bathroom are so well thought out. It was immaculately clean. Perfect for a quick overnight as it’s literally 2 minutes to the airport. There is a minimum cost of 20 Eutos to/from the airport whether you use a can or Uber. "

"Fantastic hotel. Man on the front desk was extremely helpful. Organised us a taxi and a meet and greet to Morano Island. Fully stocked mini bar and coffee machine stocked daily. Perfect location. Only thing missing was a floor length mirror (only had 1 in bathroom above sink) "

"I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Venezia. It was an old monastery converted into a hotel. Its beautiful property and it has all the amenities to make your stay a memorable one. "We didn't receive our room number and code before we arrived. There isn't a lobby area. Fortunately a person was leaving the building and we were able to get in. The cleaning person called and the person she talked to emailed us the correct code. We did arrive before check-in time so maybe we would have received the code if we arrived later. No place to store luggage if you arrive early. Very small bathroom in our room."

"Great little hotel, Reception staff (Maria) was lovely and very helpful. It's more of a house with rooms than a hotel as there are very limited facilities outside of the rooms (i.e. none). Certainly not suitable for anyone with physical disabilities as the stairs are steep (no lift). Location is near to lots of dining and shopping so great and only 4-5 minutes to the Rialto and St Marks. Really enjoyed the experience"

"A stay that exceeded expectations. Communication with the property was very smooth and quick, when we arrived it was pouring so at check-in we were able to borrow an umbrella. The building has electronic safe access with room key and it was lovely to see an old building refurbished with a style mixing modern with new.
