"Very clean, central location. Not whole building, just one floor and there were building works in the entrance hall and above the room starting in the morning. Sound proofing not great. Elevator is on half floors. "

"Most everything was pretty good. The staff were excellent, very helpful and understanding. They spoke Italian and English well. Our room was a Jr suit. It was quit large. It was odd though, we had a sofa seating area but no TV. The TV was on the wall in the bed area. It would have been nice to have a TV in the seating area for guests or when one was sleeping in bed and the other wanted to watch TV without disturbing the bed sleeper. The room looked updated with tile floors. The bathroom was nice...

"The rooms were both beautiful and comfortable. There were so many dining options walkable in the area. It is a 10 minute ride to FCO. Our host had a car ready for us at a set time in the morning,making sure we got to the airport on time. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!"

"The room is spacious and clean. We were upgraded to a bigger room although the first one was good enough. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel serves excellent Argentinian beef. Will book again here on my next visit."

"Located in La Spezia; easy walking distance from the train station. Unique setup but very functional for a visit to this part of Italy! Staff were extremely helpful and units are very close to some good restaurants and shops. Highly recommend as an economical way to do the cinque Terra!"

"Fantastic hotel. Man on the front desk was extremely helpful. Organised us a taxi and a meet and greet to Morano Island. Fully stocked mini bar and coffee machine stocked daily. Perfect location. Only thing missing was a floor length mirror (only had 1 in bathroom above sink) "

"The tram station is 7min away and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Only problem is the hotel restaurant and the restaurants along the street are not opened on Sundays, so you need to go to the central for a meal."

The hotel is close to all the tourist attractions, including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, etc. It was also close to both cheaper and high-end shopping areas (shopping street at Via Del Corso). I highly recommend this hotel especially for families with 3-4 members."

"The room was the most stylish and elegant hotel room I have yet experienced. The linen sheets and gorgeous comforter and great mattress wwre unexpected in a reasonably priced hotel. The charming outdoor garden was a welcome surpirse, too. "

"My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at this property on our trip to Rome. The staff was very accommodating. Our plane arrived at 8 am. Although check-in was not until 2 pm, the staff stored our luggage for us so that we did not have to lug it around Rome for the day. The hotel was within walking distance of all of the major tourist attractions and the train/metro stations. "
