It's a great hotel with helpful staff and good amenities. The train station Venezia Mestre is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It's a convenient location.

Staff was so helpful, rooms were exceptionally clean and well set up. My girls said the pull out beds were very comfy as well. My only wish as that there were enough coffee pods for each day of your stay, could get extras though for $0.50 each Thanks Staycity for a great stay and helping us book a shuttle back to the airport.

The room was spacious and clean. The Hotel location is very good with an easy access to the bus station/stop (across the street from Vempa bus stop) and the train station granting a very easy access to Venice. The staff were very nice, courteous and very helpful. One of the provided us with a map for Venice and she highlighted the places we should visit (basically provided a full itinerary) which was great. I would stay there again.

The room was excellent for four adults that included 18&20 year old kids. They had individual pull out sofa beds which were comfortable. The main bed was very comfortable. It is a more modern hotel which we loved. Breakfast was superb! The location to the Mestre train station was perfect getting yo Venice & going on to Raveena. We would stay here again! Don’t stay in Venice where it’s pricey.

Very good place to stay if visiting Venice train is only a 5 minute walk. And the train to venice is every 10 minutes . The place is great we were a family of 4 the staff is amazing very welcoming and helpful.

The staff were excellent at resolving issues. Units are clean and well stocked. Location is excellent for easy access to Venice and other cities. Quiet, comfortable beds and good shower. Large grocery store nearby as well as restaurants and bars. Only suggestion - have a supply of Mestre tourist maps for clients (yes there is one). We were surprised by the Mestre historic centre with a pleasant shopping area.
