The location was good! About a 15 minute walk to the train station; 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. There is a coffee shop outside and some restaurants. The Suite was very spacious and clean; we were a group of 4 and it was perfect. Mateo met us when we arrived to give us keys and check us in. It was a great stay!

Very nice accommodations. Great for families, our two teenagers had their own separate sleeping room with 2 twin beds & we had a king bed. The room was very spacious & comfortable. We would stay here again.

No complaints to the property management at all! But do have a big complaint about Expedia service who mis-guided check in instructions- customers must contact the hotel at least 24 hours otherwise will not guarantee honoring the stay . Called the number listed but no one answered, eventually called Expedia via chat and the person who answered told me that I didn’t follow the instructions therefore recommended to cancel the reservation which may incur large penalty in last minute. We walked to the hotel and rang the bell, everything went smoothly from then on. The Expedia customer service was not professional and incompetent!

Was eaten alive by mosquitos in the room. No frills, A/C worked intermittently, which was a problem because we had to keep the windows closed because of the mosquitoes. Even with the windows closed, they got in somehow. Very uncomfortable stay, which was unfortunate because the host was charming and helpful.

Las habitaciones estan muy buen ubicadas, limpias y acogedoras. Con opciones de restaurantes alrededor y muy centrico . se puede ir caminando a la estacion de trenes y demas sitios turisticos. He de destacar que es como estar en una pelicula, un balcon con una vista impresionante , rodeada por el canal y al lado de la plaza con la iglesia.

A very nice place to stay. Close to everything and still quit. Everything was as we expected and it was a great visit. Pillows were very flat and only 2 on the bed but aside from that we were happy.
