"Amazing for families our boys loved the water slides and pools. Cafe was really nice so were the staff. Room was clean but needed some work unsafe power points, carpets were stained and some curtains. Definitely would recommend and stay here again."

"The floors in our room were sandy, no lifts or ramps to our room meant carrying prams and babies up stairs with no bellboy offer, no spare blankets in room, can very clearly hear noise on neighbours balcony and outside of the rooms door. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome- although all baked goods were stale. Coffee purchased at breakfast was so SO good. Overall an acceptable family holiday spot and would probably return. "We usually stay in a one bedroom unit, could only get a hotel style unit but it still had a balcony and ensuite. Room was bigger than we thought it would be. "

"We got the the view of the river and city, it was a really nice view. The room was very clean, the sheets on the bed were clean sheets. Overall, the room/hotel was very nice. We paid an extra $55 for the buffet breakfast and parking. The only thing is that we didn’t think that the seafood buffet was worth $85pp only because they only had prawns, mussels, crab and oysters for the seafood. But the food was nice. "

"Well, I liked the stay but I was a little disappointed that on the last day of our stay we didn't get any room service such as per the usual. The bed was not done, the bathrooms was not done nor anything else and we had to use the same old hand and floor towels we used the day before.
