Room was fairly clean (for an NYC hotel). Staff was great & the rooftop bar was the BEST view we saw in all of NYC!!! Awesome location for food & nightlife.

Terrible check in, there wa a sign that the person will return 5 to 10 minutes, but there was a lady in the phone, after 15 minutes of waiting, finally same person help us to check in.
Elevator too slow and limit two persons.

Hotel room was clean, Lobby was nice, staff were helpful and very nice. Breakfast buffet was not very good or have many options. Hotel itself looked old and needs updating. Best thing about this property is its proximity to different activities and location but for the price, it was worth it. Overall enjoyed our stay.
