"I like the medium/firm pillow top mattresses. The towels are clean and soft. I slept extremely well during my stay there. Yes, the trains travel by Route 66 regularly, but it didn’t bother me. I couldn’t hear my neighbors, so that’s all that mattered to me personally. I just wish I could navigate all the cable channels with more than just a channel up/down option on the remote. A guide and the ability to push in the channel number would be helpful. Also light housekeeping services would be ideal for stays longer than a couple of days, but the staff were really helpful with making sure I had plenty of supplies. I’d definitely stay there again for another 7 days."

"Twin Arrows is a spectacular place to stay! The rooms are so clean! The amenities are well provided. Every staff member was professional and kind. This is without a doubt the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I was and am still completely amazed!"

"Nice Accomodations on a convenient location. Helpful staff. Unusual in that our balcony looked internally over the hot tubs - we certainly expected a typical external view - just be aware when booking. But the hotel and accomodations were very nice."
