"Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. "Partial Canyon View" room actually has a great view of the Grand Canyon. Recommend treating yourself to dinner in the El Tovar dining room."

"Stayed in East 1st floor. Old creaky floors but mostly maintained very well. Nice clean fluffy towels, Keurig coffee machine, and clean bed/bath. Easy self check in/out. Nice wooden key that never failed. Restaurant offers nice food and volume to get you through the day. Best of all, the staff at lodge/restaurant were all super friendly and nice! Of course, can't beat the location! I'd rate it better experience than some of the famous chain business hotels. "
