"Booked this at the last second when our other property cancelled due to emergency repairs. Jeff was great and the place was amazing! It was just 4 of us, but there could have been 12 of us and we’d still have room! Kenab is a good location for day trips to Zion (go EARLY), Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon in Page, and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park (all of which were amazing). Next time we would plan more days to explore the numerous things we ran out of time for!"

"Such a beautiful house in a great location for us, where we had plenty of trailer parking with a nice turnaround area. There was a nice grassy area for our dogs. The house was very spacious, a large kitchen room with a nice table, big enough for family dinner and game nights. The house was fully stocked, down to coffee and seasonings for cooking, bathroom had all your forgotten needs as well. The host was very responsive and gracious with everything we asked for. Quiet location at the end of the road and away from the busy town, easy to get to and only 10 minutes from kanab for all the trails we went riding at. We all said we will probably make this our annual family vacation house now. This is seriously one of the best places we've ever stayed. Thank you so much!!"

"We had no complaints! The house was so clean, was nice and updated and had a lot of nice features like the full kitchen and laundry. The whole area was very quiet. Jeff, the host was very kind, helpful and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. The hot tub was a great feature after a long day of hiking! The bed and furniture were also very comfortable, which is a big plus. Definitely would stay here again! "
