Stayed in a south rim cabin with partial canyon views - brilliant, just 10 paces from a breath taking view. Cabin was quaint and cosy with all we needed, worth the extra. Clean bathroom and plenty of room. Bright Angel cafe had quite basic but good food, we had breakfasts & dinner there.

Bright Angel Lodge had everything covered. Comfy rooms, food options, close to bus lines and trails. My room was a corner unit and it was super quiet! I loved that there was NO tv! I was able to unplug and detach from life’s stressors. The food was excellent no matter which venue you decided to choose. The bus shuttles were on time and the drivers were super helpful if you had questions.

Amazing location!! Keep in mind there’s NO A/C. Fan was not helping. We got lucky with kinda chilly morning but it’s difficult during the day to stay at the cabin. I’d book it again just for location! Maybe not during the summer though.

It was a cute historic and convenient place to stay. Right along the rim you couldn’t ask for a better location. The rooms are what you would expect historic and old. Cute clawfoot tub, a fan that’s attempting to keep it cool and it’s a small room. Perfect for a night or two and is just alright

We thoroughly enjoyed are ent stay at the Bright Angel Lodge on the South Rim. We reserved a rim view room which was yards away from the rim with parking close by. All staff were welcoming and attentive during our stay. Breakfast and evening meal in the bar/restaurant was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying again. If you are able to then pay the small additional cost to stay in a rim view Queen room.

Great location in the park. Easy access to trails, visitor center and other attractions. The restaurant and bar was OK, but there was No outside patio where I could enjoy an adult beverage. Most of the rooms did not have a view of the canyon although it's right on the rim. Rustic location appropriate for the park.

Very convenient location inside the park and we really enjoyed the sunrise morning stroll on the Rim Trail with a nice cup of coffee while the masses had not yet come into the park. We had a very nice dinner at the Lodge as well.
