Staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was ok, close to the beach and shops. However, the AC in the room was super loud, they gave us a room on the first floor and it was like a basement room, low ceilings and dark. We had booked a two bedroom suite with a city view and it didn’t have a balcony nor a view.
We had to extend our stay due to the hurricane and they charged us $900/night. It’s not worth, for that kind of price per night you kind find a better property.

Hotel looking very nice, rooms were standard but our room was smelling mold and hotel lobby didn’t have any AC. Other than that everything was very nice

Valet was a time saver. So convenient. We didnt have to walk from long distance in the humidity. 😅
