I cannot speak enough about the staff and their attentive attention to details our ENTIRE trip. My mother has ADA needs and all provisions that could be made, were extended. "My whole family enjoyed this resort. The staff was so friendly and made us feel like family. Special shout out to MarilouA at longboards for taking the extra time and getting to know us (really made us feel like family). That set the bar for our trip and we will miss her dearly. Also, Erin was our favorite bartender (longboards), but we also loved Jammy (longboard), and LahelaK (naia bartender). Ka’iwi was also very helpful at the concierge desk and helped us book the best luau experience on the island. And thank you to Satomi for the checkout and friendly end to our trip. "
