"The pool was closed for no reason."

"It's a basic airport hotel. When you book with Hotels.com (Expedia) you get a room in the rear overlooking the access road that is very loud. There is no elevator so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. The staff admits it's a terrible room but those are the cheapest ones and they give them to Expedia bookings.. Stayed twice and got the same area. Staff is very nice - even held our phone that had been left in the room till we got back to HNL."

"Beautiful property with great location. Breakfast selection varied from day to day but always had somebathing for everyone. Staff was helpful and had great suggestions for things to do in the area. "

"Great place for any family to stay. Free parking for the first car. I like the chinese resturant down stairs with good food and prices. I would stay there again if I had to. Thank you."

"The room was super nice, it had a Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave, and some bowls/mugs/utensils. They have kayaks on the property but unfortunately we couldn't go out on the bay due to the storms they had, but the view of the bay from our room looked absolutely gorgeous. So the fabulous pool + hot tub really came in handy for our stay. There are chickens + roosters so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. And there are some really sweet cats on the property as well (we fell in love with Mila). Highly recommend Paradise Bay! Will be returning here if I go back to Oahu."

"Breakfast was different every day, but made to order omelettes were always available. We ate at both restaurants, Chinese for lunch one day, and nachos one evening. The evening reception was nice, 2 free select drinks included for each adult. The pool is very nice. The staff is exceptional, from the front desk to the breakfast crew, to housekeeping, everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. We also liked the location. Lots to do in Kapolei, but close enough to drive to Honolulu and area beaches. "

"This was the most amazing experience at a hotel we may have ever had. The staff, literally from the moment we arrived on the property, treated us so incredibly well and took care of our every need. Everyone was kind, helpful and took pride in their work. Our room was beyond gorgeous and the view was incredible. Property was fantastic, not over crowded and perfectly maintained. Clean pools, excellent restaurants and the beach and tide pools were unmatched. "
