"Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Please note if you are from the uk, there are No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which might not seem to be an issue for many, but we felt it lost a star based on this and the fact that there was an issue with our shower drainage as it took a while for the water to go down. The hotel is next to a tramline but if that's not your thing then im afraid walking is impossible due to the distance. Overall pleased with our stay and would have given full stars if it wasn't for the above."

"Only two small complaints. The bartender was not the friendliest person. He just did his job and that was all I can say. Also I don't understand why showers in Switzerland have no door. I am 6' 3" and 210 pounds. There is no way to keep water in the shower without a door to close. I guess that's not a hit against the Radisson as much as it is just Switzerland in general. Otherwise our stay was great."

"Very small room but for Zurich and cost of a room here, I think it fit. Hard for two people to move around and get ready at the same time. Very much enjoyed our balcony and highly recommend it! Staff was very nice and helpful. Lobby was a bit dark/drab but still nice. Enjoyed our stay and would return!"
