Tolle Lage, aber mäßige Ausstattung der Küche u Reparaturstau im Bad

Pros: Schöne, sonnige Wohnung in toller Lage und ruhiger Umgebung. Zwei schöne Balkone mit Holzboden u Glaswand Stellplatz in großzügiger, kühler Tiefgarage im Preis eingeschlossen. Gebühr für den Hund wurde erlassen wegen den Unannehmlichkeiten der fehlenden Duschwand u dem defektem Handtuchhalter. Cons: Im Hauptbadezimmer fehlte die Hälfte der Glas-Duschwand und der Handtuchhalter war abgerissen. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde uns gesagt, der Hausmeister wird verständigt…repariert wurde es nicht, aber die Gebühr für den Hund wurde uns deswegen erlassen . In der Küche fehlen essenzielle Dinge (Salatbesteck, Kartoffelschäler, etc) u leider gibt’s keine Mikrowelle ( steht allerdings auch nicht in der Beschreibung der Küche) Einige Ausstattungsdinge in sehr minderwertiger Qualität (Sonnenschirm, Besen, etc) oder annähernd kaput ( einer der 2 Liegestühle total verrostet) Glasscheibe vom Balkon sehr dreckig.
