The staff were friendly especially Jahid who went beyond his role to help me. Because of him I will return to this hotel again. The dinning staff were excellent and very friendly and warm. Shame we only stayed one night but I will go again

Service was amazing!!! all of the staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet is the best I have ever experienced. Grounds and amenities are beautiful and this place is an oasis compared to the busy city. Minor points, there is a large mosque nearby and morning prayers woke us up at 5:30am for the 1st to nights. Our room had a large wardrobe but no chest of drawers for our cloths.

Relax at Dubai

It was very good for relax and spending most of your time at the resort. We booked junior suite and we expected to find big fridge and microwave in the suite, but we found small and non-cold fridge, and we didn’t find a microwave. We asked the resort to provide our expectations, but they don’t.

Service Issues and Operational Inefficiencies

This was my second time staying here, and since COVID the service and condition has gone down a lot. The room had a lot of issue - the tub wasn’t draining, the sink faucet was broken, and the floors were filthy/not cleaned. The service at breakfast was poor - the food was a mess, tables were dirty, and staff were not able to meet the number of clients that were trying to manage breakfast. I tried to take breakfast with me to go sit outside near the pools since there was no room and no clean tables near breakfast, and the server yelled at me to leave my food and my only option was for me to do room service. I also had a 20% off of food and beverages for my stay, and the server at the pool didn’t give me the discount and when I told her afterwards she took about 1hr to verify with front desk and then told me I only had 15% off of beverages. At this point, I was exhausted to show her my hotels.com invoice that listed I got 20% off and by the time I checked out it was 4AM and I needed to get to the airport so I couldn’t ask for a partial refund for my stay. I’m sorry this has happened to the resort, because I loved my first stay but after this one I won’t go back.

​This was once a great resort, but it is now in a rapid and heartbreaking decline. The entire operation is unprofessional and outdated. ​Major Issues: ​Terrible Check-in: Slow, rude service. I witnessed a loud verbal fight between two staff members at the front desk during my check-in. ​Abysmal Customer Service: Trying to resolve a simple payment issue required multiple international calls, which were often rudely terminated by the reservations team. Email complaints are completely ignored. ​Outdated Rooms: The room sofas are at least five years old, severely uncomfortable, and unacceptable for the price paid. ​Hygiene Disaster: Housekeeping is poor, evidenced by cockroaches in the room throughout my six-night stay. My attempts to change rooms were ignored. Clearly, no one cares about guest welfare or basic hygiene standards. ​Conclusion: ​Avoid this hotel. Dubai has countless better options offering superior value and price. Do not book here—unless you enjoy sleeping with insects. This is from once a loyal customer

It is a lovely hotel; I had a minor issue with my room's toilet (it had a drip that didn't stop after flushing). I regularly heard music from the local Mosque, this didn’t bother me and the mosque is beautiful and worth seeing. The breakfast options were amazing and the food was lovely.
