"The hotel was ideally placed for our long weekend break in north Wales. The hotel staff were outstanding throughout and made my wife and I very welcome. The evening meals were a particular highlight. One glitch for the breakfasts, both coffee machines broke down. Staff reacted well with filter coffee made available quite quickly. Our room was superb, impeccably clean, spacious and with excellent views. We saved the spa for next time and will be back!"
"requested for a lower floor room and was given one 104 a lovely room but traffic is noisy nothing much the hotel can do about that but you can keep the window shut and use the fan supplied, Staff are VERY helpful and friendly the food is very tasty and a good choice, Have stayed there before and will be going back again"

"Yet another great stay at the Castle. Rooms always warm and clean but if you want operating theatre cleanliness this is perhaps not the place for you! We love this place for its character and of course the peacocks. Staff always friendly and helpful. See you again in a few weeks!"
"I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀"
