Lovely staff on reception, we got a great welcome, they were efficient and professional in allocating us our rooms, the hotel is dog friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent too. We had a brilliant stay.

Fabulous property nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we had an accessible room for our disabled son which was amazing and an interconnected door to our room next door. Would definitely stay again. Food was very nice too.

The hotel was ideally placed for our long weekend break in north Wales. The hotel staff were outstanding throughout and made my wife and I very welcome. The evening meals were a particular highlight. One glitch for the breakfasts, both coffee machines broke down. Staff reacted well with filter coffee made available quite quickly. Our room was superb, impeccably clean, spacious and with excellent views. We saved the spa for next time and will be back!

From start to finish, our stay at Ioxora Hotel was exceptional. Parking was excellent and the well kept surroundings created a great first impression. The reception area had a warm, welcoming ambience, and we were greeted with a genuine smile by the friendly bearded gentleman on check in, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. Our room was outstanding, spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The Smeg appliances were a nice touch and impeccably clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the temperature controlled rooms made for a perfect night’s sleep. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. Ioxora Hotel will definitely be our choice again in the future.

Hotel really nice, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only a couple of things thst could be changed....tea spoons instead of wooden stirrers, biscuits in room, dog bed and bowl would be a nice touch too when u are staying with your pooch.

Great hotel and staff

Very nice stay in a lovely location. Would definitely stay again and plan to. My only one issue was the noise of machinery which im guessing was washing and drying facilities

This hotel is amazing, we will definitely be returning on our next trip to north wales! Room, restaurant, spa, location, views. All absolutely incredible. The staff were also very friendly and professional.

We were greeted with a smile on our arrival, and it was a good start to our lovely relaxing break. Staff were helpful and friendly. We chose to eat at the hotel on both evenings of our stay. There was a good selection of food,the quality and quantity was very good and was in our opinion very good value..
