For an 11-storey building, it would have great if Toyoko Inn has at least 2 elevators. In times of covid/pandemic, it was difficult to have a crowded elevator each time. :(

Such a great/popular spot, it needs more staff!

Loved this business hotel -- but it was understaffed for the number of guests staying this weekend. All employees were so kind and hard working: breakfast servers, front desk, and room attendants, everyone was doing their best to make sure guests had all needs met as efficiently and completely as possible. BUT, there were a lot of guests, especially after the dinner hour (check in?) and mid-breakfast time... It's only the start of the summer season now, so hopefully additional employees will be added soon. Otherwise, this spot is very good. Quiet, very clean, and convenient location. Parking was available in the hotel lot for a fair price. Breakfast was great, and the coffee was definitely excellent. Has a VERY comfortable feel (might not be "brand new," but it's relatively new). Amenities are available at your preference (toothbrush, razor, etc. as needed = eco friendly).

フロントのスタッフの方がとても親切で感じが良く、スムーズにチェックインができました。ロビーの休憩スペースや黒板アートの取り組みなど、よいホテルにという心配りを感じました。また、おにぎりの朝食もおいしかったです。たくさん品数があっても食べ切れないので十分だと思いましたが、サラダがあれば、なおパーフェクトだと思いました。今回の滞在で東横ＩＮＮのイメージアップ。ありがとうございました。

雪等の関係で予定が二転三転しました。到着時間等のお願いでは、迅速丁寧なお返事をいただきました。また、急な日程の変更にも対応していただき、フロントの方のお心遣いを感じました。お部屋もきれいでロビーにコーヒー無料のスペースがあり、歩き疲れてホテルに戻ったら、そこでゆっくりできてとても寛げました。今回の滞在で東横ＩＮＮのイメージがとても良いものに変わりました。ありがとうございました。

清潔な客室、スタッフ、朝ごはんのサービスはとても良かったですが、お隣の部屋に外人さん達が集まり、夜中まで宴会をしており、非常にうるさくて困りました。フロントに連絡するとすぐに対応して下さいましたが、部屋の壁が非常に薄く感じました。
