The beds were firm. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. Fuji-Q amusement park is next door, but there was no noticeable noise in the hotel. 7-11 is on property. There are multiple options available for food. Our only complaint is that the transportation options from the rail station were not explained anywhere on the website, and we finally had to opt for a taxi (which was still difficult to get). There was actually a shuttle bus running for easy access, but we had no way to know that. I would recommend this hotel. "
