"Food was excellent. Great variety. Entertainment was great and staff was very kind and helpful. We went to the gym every morning and it was just what we needed for a quick but effective away from home workout. We will be retuning to the Hyatt! "

"My friend and I stayed for 4 nights, which felt like the perfect amount of time. The rooms were clean and spacious, the grounds were easy to navigate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most restaurants didn’t require reservations (except Teppanyaki), and the food was very good—especially the International restaurant and the taco bar by the pool. One restaurant was closed during our stay, which was a bit unfortunate. The resort caters more to an older crowd, but you can easily take a quick cart ride to the neighboring all-ages resort if you want a livelier atmosphere. The only downside was the beach, which had a lot of sargassum and a strong smell."

"Resort and rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of pools to choose from. Great food options. A large resort with lots of walking but a trolley available if you didn’t want to walk."

"Our stay included 2 rooftop pools and they shut down access to one of them during our stay for a private event for all the days we were there. One day is bad luck, but our entire stay? This hotel was so expensive because of the included amenities. Plus they have an entire section dedicated to ‘exclusive access’ and on top of that they shut down another pool? And everytime we asked for helped we were always redirected to another staff member. An example of this: we brought cash to tip the staff, we went to concierge to ask, they directed us to reception. Reception directed us to the boutique shop. The shop directed us back to concierge. No one wants to actually help. They just want you to go away and not be a bother, but they still want us to tip, and participate in the time share lunches and sell you stuff when you already paid to be at this expensive hotel. The food there also messed up our stomachs pretty bad. We went with a group and it effected everyone. The hotel is very nice. But the staff and the food quality are disappointing at best. "

"Our room was moldy and the roof started leaking and flooding our room. They moved us to a new room that wasn’t moldy and smelt fine very fast and were nice. Seems like luck of the draw for rooms but if they are fully booked you may not be able to move rooms right away. Everything else was great. Food could use a little more love but still edible"

"Lots to do. 6 days felt too short. Disappointed in water slide area. And poor communication about bus times to parks. "

"Didn’t get early check in. Paid upgrade for beach walkout at very end of building construction going on indoors and outside building new gazebo - buffet food horrible - everything had after taste to it. There is NO BEACH and NO WHITE SAND - rocks everywhere and dirty brown water couldn’t even swim in so called beach - pictures on this website totally different. People used free beach access next to us and stayed up all night long on beach. Didn’t sleep due to kids running around and yelling. Restaurants a block away - not in Wyndham itself. Staff at front dest very unfriendly - spoke to manager and wasn’t offered any compensation (paid $4,000 for thurs thru Sunday trip) instead she sent to room 6 strawberry dipped in chocolates - for the price and food and service I rate this place a 1. Very disappointed customer. Do not stay here "
