"My husband and I were dropping our daughter off at school and the place we usually stay only had a few nights available so we found this for the last few nights. It was close and budget-friendly. "Overall good location. The listing is inaccurate for the location and check out time. Directions to the beach lead through a no trespassing area, but we didn't run into issues. The house in general was dusty and looked as if it needed a cleaning and hadn't been touched in a while. There was sand in the couch, laundry in the dry, dirty cup on the balcony, and various types of stains on the walls. As well as random clothes in the outside sink. VRBO host does communicate outside of the application....
