"We stayed in Room #5. Lovely room generally. Good facilities, spotless clean, crisp linen with blankets in the cupboard for the odd cool night. We really enjoyed it. Also loved the pool and Gazebo area. The pool's big and good for both children and adults."

"A Great Place to Stay – Perfect for a Big Whānau!We had a fantastic 10-night stay at this large and spacious holiday home in Titikaveka. Private, clean and well equipped, with extra touches, including a Nespresso machine and a generous supply of coffee pods. Bob’s a great communicator who provided all the pre-arrival information we needed and responded quickly to any questions. Thanks for arranging our airport transfers at short notice. A big thank you to the wonderful team who looked after the pool/outdoor areas, and to the team who did the servicing. Their attention was much appreciated. The only thing worth mentioning is that the local roosters make themselves heard! We got used to them after 10 nights, but light sleepers might want to pack earplugs. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting Rarotonga."

"We had a wonderful time and would happily stay there again - thoroughly recommend. Very close to a really nice beach where you can snorkel and see turtles for free. The best time is in the morning, when the fish are feeding and before there’s many other people out there. The only downside of the location is that there are a lot of roosters who are very confused about what time it is. Sometimes they play call and response and then sometimes they form a chorus. You get used to it. The villa is bigger than the photos show and it is a good amount of room. It’s very comfortable and ideal for the kind of holiday where you move between eating and swimming and sleeping. Great for families of all ages (you’d need to watch small children with the pool, though). We also love Timmy the dog, who is so gentle that my dog-phobic teenager even enjoyed him. The apartments are changing ownership shortly but the new owners seem really nice too. You should totally stay here."

"My wife and myself Stayed for 9 days and had the most relaxing time imaginable. Very beautiful grounds The villa was very charming Loved JJs Resort Fell in love with Raratonga lad back pace , miss the cockeral morning alarm call a little reminder your in paradise 🌞 Unfortunately didn't get to see the hosts " But we will hopefully see them next time . Highly recommend*****"
