MM Studio 2 - Across the road from a stunning beach

10/10 Excellent

"Great place to stay for a couple, would definitely stay here again. Beautiful location, the beach really was right across the street. There was an issue with the hot water but Eddie was quick to rectify it. The Wigmore shops are less than a 5 minute drive away which was very convenient. Muri Beach was about 10mins away so it was just a great location all around."

"Excellent location, property and bungalow on the beach. Restaurant food and quality excellent. One would expect premium bedding at this price point could use some improvement. Bed comfortable but not luxurious, sheets could use more Thread count. Overall amazing property. Low key, quiet and uncrowded . "

"I spent three nights at Sea Change in a self‑contained villa in the Cook Islands and really enjoyed it. The beachfront location was fantastic, and the villa had all the amenities I needed. There were a couple of small maintenance items that could be improved, but nothing major. Overall, a great place to stay and one I’d recommend."

"This property exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not do it justice, particularly the gorgeous gardens, the covered deck, and the beach hut. The property was extremely clean and very well appointed. We were able to communicate well with the host and property manager. The property has enough common spaces for everyone to have some space from one another if needed. Everything was simply wonderful."

"Possibly the best beach in Rarotonga. Friendly staff. Nice pool area and a great location near shops and restaurants. We booked a beach front bungalow. The beach front bungalows are split in 2 sets: 3 or 4 in the immediate beach front, and another 3 set further back with a view not as great as the full beach front, unfortunately we were assigned one of the furthest ones. Should you book a beach front bungalow you may want to inquire if a full beach front is available. Maybe those could be named beachfront and sea view to avoid disappointment. Overall a lovely place to stay and we would happily stay there again."

"We were moved to the Moana Sands Beachfront Villas for our stay. 10/10 amazing! We would stay here again. The staff were amazing and friendly. Clean room every day. They gave us late check out without even having to ask. Ever early morning there would be men outside cleaning the pool and raking the sand so it looked picture perfect every day. They did a great job. Great location, more remote then staying near the airport but the most beautiful beach/coast and close to the turtles. Right next to the Wigmores supermarket and pizza restaurant and a cafe. 5 min drive to the Muri night market. Beautiful big rooms with ocean view. Beach access and the pool."

"Raina is very conveniently located opposite a great snorkeling spot (Fruits of Raratonga). and 200m from Charlies - a great place to eat and relax and gaze out over the lagoon. The gardens are lovely and lush with beautiful plants and flowers and there are loungers to relax on. Bus stop just outside. Owner and staff were friendly. We were a little disappointed that our room with partial ocean view had a very limited view (being on the ground floor and across the road from the sea). Had we known we probably would have booked a garden room as the glimpse is so restricted. The room was very big with lots of space to spread out in. Be aware that the bathroom is quite basic and the water pressure for shower is low. There is a community hall across the road and on Mon and Weds there is a gym class with very loud music from 6 am. Ok if you have earplugs or are up early. We would stay here again. It would be great if they had bikes for hire. You could use the owners car for a fee but bikes are ideal for getting around the island."
