Very close to U district train station and UW campus. Big room.

Hotel was clean and well equiped. Room was large and air conditioning good. Walls are thin so we could hear lots of noise from upstairs and the corridor. Location of the hotel is ok, 30min walk to Lynnwood station to access the city, so best uber it to the station. Overall a good hotel, would use again if in Seattle

Great property the only downsides were some of the pillows were too thin and small. The walls were paper thin so you could hear your neighbours but no outside noise. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Onsite laundry was a plus

Staff were great, room was great, breakfast was a real treat for someone outside of US, parking was great, access to stores and food was great

I've rarely had a better hotel experience than my time at The Heatman. The staff was superb: friendly, welcoming and competent. The location is ideal, quiet and within easy reach of shops and services. I look forward to my next stay at this top hotel.

Great budget accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.

Only disappointment was scented air freshener having been applied in the room possibly in an attempt to hide cigarette smell left by some selfish smoking guest. It was too late in the evening by the time I checked in to ask to move to another room.
