"Stayed here for one night after attending a concert at the Angel of the Winds Arena. Staff was super friendly, room was very clean. Location was excellent as it’s a very short walk to the concert venue. Bed was a little firm and 2 of the 3 pillows weren’t the greatest, shower was a bit small and the hair dryer didn’t work. I let the staff know about the hair dryer when we checked out and I have no doubt they will resolve the issue as she wrote it down as needing attention. None of these things were a big deal to us & we would definitely stay again."
