"Came for our daughter's 18th birthday. Room was comfortable and clean, and quiet for a casino. It would be nice to have seating near Katies Kitchen where under 21 can sit. Food was great and inexpensive. Loved room service, forget that even excited, so that was a nice perk. Felt very safe as there was security everywhere. We had a great time and will be back."

"Price was good but the sink had toothpaste in it and the night stand had sticky stuff on it. The toilet /tub were clean. Also the upper plug by the sink didn’t work for the coffee pot. Had to put on floor by fridge to work. Housekeeping isn’t doing a thorough job of cleaning. Bed was clean and comfortable. Might come back. "

"Room was clean staff was awesome hot water didn't work hotel just needs some upgrades. It's a shame too it's such a good staff great people to talk to courteous thoughtful polite shared great information about the area etc. It's a shame that having a good staff yet the plumbing didn't allow the water so is always barely warm the fan made a lot of noise so I'm sure the people upstairs didn't appreciate it. Just maintenance things and upgrades just points to upper management and the company...

"This was a dump. The lady at the front desk was friendly and offered a discount on the room. She was great! The property was not. My room had no curtains (was told this, hence the discount), the fridge did not work and it stank. The cook top was missing a whole burner. The circuit breakers were turned off to the kitchen. Maybe they are fixing this and a booking mistake got me this mess, that doesn't excuse the rest of the property. Everything in the hallways was dingy and smelled. The elevators...

"The staff was genuinely concerned that I had what I needed for my comfort. The free breakfast was very nice with a great selection. The hotel was kept very clean. Check-in and out were really easy."
