"I just arrived to this hotel without booking (I did not know if we would arrive on time, so I thought just to find a hotel in the neighborhood). The lady at the reception was extremely polite and helpful. She did find a great room for us although I had not reserved in advance. I really appreciate when you see people go an extra mile like this.When you have a car, it is very easy to go downtown from this hotel. There is enough free parking at hotel's premises. "
