"Super nice place and great location "

"Small room, but had everything i needed. Short walk to Fremont or the main drag of Queen Ann. I was surprised by the additional cleaning fee of $47, but still cheaper than a regular hotel."

"Great place to stay, I would not recommend if you have knee-problems are old age, because this place has stairs (we were on the third floor). There were issues with the internet as we had to use someone’s internet during our stay. And the air conditioning unit would blow cold air on top and hot air on the sides. We would come back to a hot hot room. Other than that, it was in a safe neighborhood and the bus stop was conveniently in front of the place!"

"The community was absolutely beautiful. Our room was bright and clean. Vince was very accommodating and kind. It was a good stay. Would visit again!!"

"We loved having the amazing common kitchen area, it made us feel like we were at home, The high level of effort towards a quality STAR WARS theme room made us feel pampered and appreciated!"

"It’s worth getting a hotel."

"Lee was an awesome host! The house was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Bbq was great! Nice and clean ready to grill. The yard was nice for the bbq dinner and our dog love having a place to run around. Location was great. Close to coffee and restaurant as well as public transportation. Lee gave us all the details to us public transportation to get to downtown Seattle. Wonderful host made our stay very nice."

"It was nice and quiet and the balcony was nice at night"

"Access to washer and dryer was great. Parking wasn’t bad. Nice area. "

"It’s no frills but clean and very comfortable and in a great location."

"The sheets and towels were dirtier than I anticipated. Room is very small, only comfortable for one person at most. The bathroom was a decent size with adequate water pressure from the shower head. It was extremely warm in the room (no fan)."
