"My family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teenagers) came for parents weekend for our son at USMMA. The location is fantastic, Only 1 block from academy- walking to and from was a piece of cake. The overall property sadly is a 2. The property was not as described or pictured. It is listed as a bed and breakfast however, no breakfast was provided. The pictures showed a full size refrigerator with some counter space, and chairs around a table, however only a mini refrigerator was present, but not turned on...

"We loved our 5 day stay at the Arlo Midtown in May 2024. Very clean, modern chic style. Loved the walk-in shower and modern bathroom. Fantastic view from our south facing room on the 24th floor, just as advertised. The rates were very reasonable and there are a lot of food options close to the hotel. Subway lines were about 10 minutes away, and Times Square and Broadway district only about 10 min walk. Hotel restaurant has a lovely terrace and the food was great. We will be back next year. Highly recommended."
