"The entry code system was a joke sadly we had to make contact for the code, after going out to dinner code did not let us in … another phone call. Toilet flushed when we arrived ,but sadly it was only time , we reported it many times from Wednesday evening until we left Friday morning after a cold miserable night, we left a very smelly blocked toilet.. still not flushing ! This was a totally rubbish stay."
