"Very impressed with the attitude and helpful staff at The Copthorne- it’s very difficult during COVID but Peter and Toni do their best to ensure everything available is explained fully and keep a smile on their face throughout! All the staff were very very pleasant and the hotel might require an update after the covid recovery but it’s very clean warm comfortable and value for money Thank you "

"we had an easy check in although it was a trek to the room up to the 5th floor then walk along to another wing and take the floor to another level although it was definately worth it once we arrived in the room. the facilities in the room were lovely couldnt fault them, we were exhausted 1.30am when we checked in. "We enjoyed a wonderful week long stay at this beautiful house, which was perfect for our needs (13 people). The house is overall in great condition, with a garden for kids including soccer goals and other fun activities. The location is great. The host is responsive and attentive and there are myriad instructions covering a number of areas. "Nicki and Craig were awesome! The staff were just great - friendly and very helpful, even when they were very busy. Food was just great - you have to try the sunday roast - you won't be dissapointed AND the breakfast was enough to get you through the dya. Highly recommendede english pub!"
