I think this is the best value hotel near Gatwick Airport. My room is spacious clean though a little bit dated. Very generous with towels and toiletries. The king bed was comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed the quiet, plus the easy proximity to the airport. This is a good choice. The Hopper Bus was a cinch as well.

Nice hotel, handy if you have an early flight. Food was lovely in the restaurant and the room was clean and perfectly fine. Only slight issue was I found the room too hot, even with the air con on max and its coldest setting. There's a bus to north terminal pretty much every ten minutes as well, although there was a charge or around £5.00

Just had a quick over-night between flights, but the staff was helpful. The shuttle service was too expensive in my opinion, and the first shuttle was too full to accommodate us so we had to call a taxi…which ended up being nearly the same price.

Great airport hotel, clean comfortable and free shuttle bus. Good air con. Parking was £12.50 for 12 hours overnight. Gym was small but a good range of equipment with clean towels. Breakfast was standard English breakfast fare and a little disappointing if I was being a bit critical but otherwise fine. Would happily stay again!

The hotel room was comfortable and clean enough. However the staff wasn't very helpful nor smiley. They didn't give any explanation on the shuttle service to the airport terminals upon arrival (it's an airport hotel, it's the bare minimum!). I had to ask about the shuttle. The clerk just showed me the schedule but didn't say we needed to buy a ticket for the shuttle. Experience at the hotel was okay for a one night stay near the airport no more.

Stayed a few times previously, it’s less than a 10min walk to south terminal but be aware it’s not covered if it’s raining. Room was spotlessly clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Stay was let down by the bar which seemed to have a stock issue when we were there, several of the taps not working (no indication of this like an upturned glass etc) and various bottles of wine not available. Staff on the bar were a bit surly about it but probably fed up of having to keep say “no, run out” every few minutes

I booked my stay in order to avoid travelling to London at night. I was welcomed by a receptionist in training and she did an amazing job. Overall, the property is easily reachable by walking and close to fast food places for late night dinner. The room was comfy, spacious and clean but I saw several incrusted water stains in the bathroom and around the tea corner. I had a good and peaceful night sleep. I do warn about the gym though: it's well equipped but the machines are not taken care of and rusty so be careful while using them.
