"We had a smooth and comfortable stay at Tribe Perth. The location is excellent, with Kings Park just a short walk away and easy access to many other attractions and facilities. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are well designed and have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was good overall, although I felt there could have been a little more variety. One area that could definitely be improved is the coffee at breakfast. We received complimentary breakfast as part of our stay, but when I asked for a coffee, I was told that barista-made coffee would cost extra, while only instant coffee sachets were complimentary. For a hotel like Tribe, I feel at least basic brewed coffee should be included with a complimentary breakfast. It seemed a little disappointing to have to pay extra for something as simple as a coffee. Parking is another thing to be aware of. There is no complimentary parking included with the stay, and street parking outside the hotel costs $5 per hour between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. So, if you are travelling by car, it is worth factoring this into your budget. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is comfortable, well located and convenient for exploring Perth, with just a few small areas that could be improved."
